One of our client has a new opportunity for an ambitious and self-motivated HR Manager to join a newly created business unit ‘Huntsman Building Solutions’ to lead HR management.
– Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, initiatives and procedures across the organization- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital- Manage the recruitment and selection process – Manage the onboarding newcomers to the company – Manage the compensation & benefits package (company car, insurances,) – Manage the relationship with the payroll providers – Support management to set up annual objectives- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance – Develop and monitor adequate induction and training programs – Support employee opportunities for professional development – Manage succession planning of staff- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management- Ensure the internal communication across the organization- Manage the travel expenses policyCDI at Villefranche-Sur-Saône and HomeworkingAttractive salary and on target bonus and competitive labour conditions such as meal vouchers, medical coverage and pension insurance.
Fluent in English and other languages knowledge is a bonus.- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive- Degree in Human Resources or previous experience in the HR field- People oriented and results driven- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics- Knowledge of HR systems and databases- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company– In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
